The Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination is required of most commercial truck drivers, bus drivers, and school bus drivers operating in both Interstate and Intrastate commerce, unless they are operating in an Exempted status (please see the About Page for more information).  Coast Guard-merchant mariner DOT physical evaluation and drug testing also performed.

Specializing in smaller companies, and owner operated companies that must comply with DOT Drug and Alcohol Testing Regulations.  Generally, if drivers operate vehicles greater than or equal to 26,001 lbs or transport 16 or more passengers (including driver) they are required to be drug tested under DOT.   Regardless of vehicular size, drivers who transport hazardous materials that need placarding, also need to be tested.  Consortioum for Random drug and alcohol testing.  In addition, our facility also performs Non-regulated or Non-DOT drug testing for private companies and individuals.

Pre-employment physicals ( including PPD testing for tuberculosis).  College, sports, camp, volunteer and vocational school pre-participation physicals for young adults age 18 and over.  NYC Taxi and Limousine Commision (TLC) driver physicals.  NYS DMV vision screening.
